Dr. Porsche Chisley is a nationally respected education strategist, systems builder, and leadership coach who transforms schools and organizations by helping them turn bold visions into actionable outcomes. As the Founder and CEO of Chisley Consulting Group, Dr. Chisley partners with mission-driven schools, nonprofits, authorizers, and foundations to drive measurable improvement through strategy development, systems design, and executive leadership support.

A proud native of Indianapolis, Dr. Chisley began her career as a Teach For America corps member in St. Louis, quickly rising as a top-performing educator recognized for her instructional excellence and leadership. By her second year in the classroom, Porsche was nominated for the Sue Lehman Teacher of the Year Award.  By her fourth year in the classroom, she achieved the highest English Language Arts proficiency rates across her charter network where she both taught and served as grade-level chair.

Recognizing her ability to scale impact, Dr. Chisley transitioned into school leadership and accountability roles—first as a Data Director and Academic Coach, where she helped lead a school from a “D” to a “B” on Ohio’s report card system in just two years. She went on to lead statewide school improvement initiatives for one of Ohio’s largest charter authorizers, elevating it to an “exemplary” rating—the highest designation possible.

Today, Dr. Chisley advises schools and organizations across the country on designing and implementing high-impact strategies that improve student outcomes, build resilient leadership pipelines, and align operations with organizational values. She has spearheaded statewide and national education initiatives yielding more than $130 million in education investments to strengthen schools, empower educators, and close opportunity gaps. Her work spans urban and rural communities, helping clients tackle complex challenges.

 

She holds a Doctorate in Educational Organizational Leadership from Marian University and has been recognized as a Mitch Daniels Leadership Fellow, a Cambiar Catalyst alum, and a Building Leadership and Legacies alum. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Purdue Polytechnic High School and chairs the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis’ Youth Advisory Council.
