Strategic Initiatives
Strategic thinking, planning, and execution are indispensable for organizational success. By anticipating challenges, identifying opportunities, and aligning resources effectively, organizations cannot only navigate the complexities of their environment but also proactively shape their future. We’ve worked with organizations like Charter School Specialists and Cirrus Academy to develop and implement strategic plans. Currently, we're supporting Teach Indy’s teacher investment strategy by designing and implementing their Reimagining the Teacher Role cohort experience. We support organizations with strategy through planning, qualitative reporting, and intervention design. Systems
Effective systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) form the backbone of how the work is operationalized and achieved. SOPs provide a structured framework that enhances efficiency, consistency, and accountability within organizations. We worked with organizations like You Yes You! and MelanatED Leaders, nonprofits based in Indianapolis, Indiana to develop standard operating procedures, organizational needs assessment tools, and board development supports to enhance the effectiveness of their organizations.
Leadership + Executive Coaching
We empower individuals and organizations by building capacity through executive coaching, retreats, and technical assistance. Our tailored services include supporting charter authorizers like Educational Resources Consultants of Ohio with expert technical assistance, facilitating impactful board retreats for schools like Groveport Community School, and providing transformative Immunity to Change coaching for leaders through Cambiar Catalyst.
